Hasti’s Fair Usage Policy
We do our best to provide our customers with an excellent experience. In order to continue to do so, we must ensure that our liberal returns policy is not abused. Accounts which repeatedly return the items bought or choose to not accept our shipments deprive our regular customers of the opportunity to buy the same items. To protect the rights of our customers, we reserve the right to collect shipping charges of Rs. 149 and disable the cash on delivery option for accounts which have a high percentage of returns and unaccepted shipments.
For items listed as "In Stock", sellers will estimate the delivery time in business days based on your location, where standard courier service is available. For other areas, orders will be sent via the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks, depending on the location.
The seller may not have the item in stock, but will procure it from another location when an order is placed for the item. The delivery time will depend on the procurement time and the estimated shipping time to your location.
'Pre-order' or 'Forthcoming'
Such products can be pre-booked, though they are not yet in stock. The item will be shipped to you on the day it becomes available, and will reach you after 2 to 6 business days. The Preorder duration can vary from item to item. We will do our best to inform you as soon as the product becomes available.
'Out of Stock'
Currently, the product is unavailable or out of stock. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know once it is available for purchase.
Sometimes, items have to be sourced by Sellers from outside India. These items are mentioned as 'Imported' on the product page and can take at least 10 days or more to be delivered to you.
'Back In Stock Soon'
The product is popular and is sold out. You can pre-order the product and it will be shipped according to the timelines estimated by the seller.
Shipping Options, Delivery & Fees FAQ
Why is the delivery different from the delivery estimate provided?
It is possible that the seller or our delivery partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the estimated date of delivery. In such a case, we will add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and sellers do not work on Sundays, so this is factored in to the indicated delivery date.
Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.) on items sold by sellers on Hasti?
There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on Hasti. List prices are transparent and all-inclusive. The list price you see on the product page is exactly what you will pay. Delivery charges are clearly indicated and are included depending on the seller's shipping policies.
Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?
CoD availability depends on the capability of the delivery partner servicing your location of accepting cash as payment at the time of delivery. Our courier partners may impose limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination. Please enter your pin code on the item page to check if CoD is available in your location.
How are orders placed on Hasti delivered to me?
All orders placed on Hasti are dispatched through our dedicated courier service - Hasti Logistics or through other courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DHL, etc.
Does Hasti deliver products outside India?
Not yet. Currently, Hasti delivers products only within India.
How can I get my order delivered faster?
Unfortunately, we do not yet have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we begin offering such a service, and your area pincode is serviceable, you will receive a notification from our team.
